14-Day Return Policy

Overview

We take pride in delivering high-quality fresh produce. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are accepted only if:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date
  • The product is found to be defective, damaged, spoiled, or non-conforming at the time of delivery
  • The product has been stored and handled according to industry-standard food safety and temperature guidelines
  • The issue is reported promptly upon discovery, with reasonable documentation if requested

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Produce that has exceeded its expected shelf life after delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or transportation after delivery
  • Custom or special-order items sourced specifically at the customer’s request
  • Products sold “as-is,” “clearance,” or “final sale,” where noted

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide the invoice number, product details, quantity affected, and reason for return
  3. Include photos or other documentation if requested
  4. Await return authorization before disposing of or returning any product

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Resolution Options

Upon approval, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a credit to the customer’s account
  • Provide a replacement product
  • Issue a refund for the approved quantity

Credits or refunds apply only to the affected portion of the order, not the full shipment.

Food Safety & Disposal

For food safety reasons, returned produce may be required to be disposed of on-site rather than physically returned. Proof of disposal may be requested.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, or quality issues should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
